ECap, weather, pme, and dominion formatting codes are modified. In this files, dates are saved as date values, and date and time are saved as datetime values. ECap's month names are saved as the last day of the month in the newly added Date column. The data that I was able to add, which are ECap and weather data are saved to newly created added data - Feyza file.
